He has excelled in various areas including HR Business Partnership, Strategic Workforce Planning, Rewards Systems and Wellness led Employee Engagement. Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Group, he has held leadership positions at various business verticals in the financial services business of Aditya Birla Group. He has an extensive experience and expertise having worked across the spectrum of Financial services in India enabling him to effectively address the complex challenges of the Financial Services industry and drive people-centric solutions.
