Mr. PJ Nayak appointed Chairman at Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Ltd.
Mumbai, September 7, 2009: Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Ltd, the upcoming Asset Management arm of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. has appointed Mr. P. J. Nayak as the Chairman on the Board of Directors of the AMC.
Mr. Nayak brings with him rich and varied experience - with more than 19 years in the Financial Sector, straddling policy, regulation and managing institutions, across banking and capital markets. His last assignment was as Chairman & CEO of Axis Bank Ltd. for over 9 years.
