Unclaimed Redemptions or Unclaimed IDCW (Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal) are amounts that have been processed and paid out but not encashed within 3 months, or that failed to be credited due to invalid bank account details.

SEBI vide its circular SEBI / HO / IMD / DF2 / CIR / P / 2016 / 37 dated 25th Feb 2016, provides detailed guidelines for the treatment of unclaimed redemption and IDCW amounts. SEBI has advised Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to provide on their website the list of investors in whose folios there are unclaimed IDCW/redemption amounts. Investors by providing certain information on the website for validation can check whether any amount is unclaimed.
Procedure to claim Unclaimed Redemption/ IDCW
Unitholders can submit their claim by filing the signed Unclaimed Amount Form at any Helios Capital or CAMS office. If bank details need updating, the required supporting documents must be submitted along with the form.

Cancelled Original Cheque leaf with name & account pre-printed (OR)

Bank statement with current entries and not older than 3 months (OR)
